Owners have included:  Dangberg Land and Livestock Company, Anderson, Helms, Halden, and Dangberg Holdings. The current owner is Park Cattle Company. The Dangberg family played a major role in shaping Carson Valley. (The barn has been lovingly restored as a wedding/special events venue by the Park Cattle Company).
