Neddenriep Ranch Barn

This barn, built in 1880, is 42.7’ long by 44.5’ wide. It has two wings built with square nails and one main hay storage area; the building has 8”x8” timbers with peg and mortise construction. A wooden dance floor was constructed over the center section of the barn for the celebration of the wedding of Charles H. Springmeyer to Theresa Neddenriep as well as the golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Claus Friedrich Neddenriep.
